Andrew sometimes uses very unorthodox training methods to achieve his weight lifting goals. There are several videos with him on AAG. Here you see stills from one clip in which he's demonstrating three different exercises with a curl. First the basic exercise for biceps, then the reverse grip, and finally he pulls the curls from the bottom to his body.
When he's posing and flexing afterwards, he asks with a smile: "Do my muscles look better than before?" Well, you don't let them any choice, Andrew.
