Bodybuilder and powerlifter Truan Tran explains his squat exercise of the video below: "This is my strength volume program and here I am on my last set of squats out of 12 sets for 8 reps each time. I started at 155 lbs, and loaded around 20 to 25 lbs after every set and now here finishing at 400 lbs. Hope you enjoy watching me in pain."
