This time bodybuilder and powerlifter Tuan Tran is training his biceps: "Biceps and curls have always lagged behind for me because I always hated training them. I rather do legs vs arms anytime. But I have done a lot to get my biceps to catch up to the rest of my body over the past few years. Here I am using 135 lbs on barbell curls. Barbell curls have worked very well for me to improve my arm strength and bicep development. I do use the cheat method at the last few reps, but thats fine for I can just get pass the sticking point just to get a little more out of them."
