"Your glutes are some of the must important muscles of your body", fitness trainer and model David Rich explains. "They are very powerful muscles that help with lifting, sprinting, and most explosive movements. A nice butt also looks good. Any good workout program should have you strengthening your glute muscles. A few of my favorite exercises are deadlifts, lunge deadlifts, squats, and wide squats."
