Charley, why have you decided to start your personal site www.charleymontreuil.com? As a bodybuilder, I’ve worked hard to get to where I am today, but it hasn’t been easy. I’ve made mistakes along the way, and have learned from them. So I want to use my knowledge and experiences to help others live a healthy lifestyle, develop their physiques, and reach their goals the right way. How did you become interested in bodybuilding? I got involved through another person. I started to train because of football and I was getting results pretty fast. I was told to try bodybuiliding. So I did, and I won my first show in the junior class (18-20 y/o) at only 16. What is your favorite bodypart to train? Arms.
What is your favorite exercise? Heavy Close Grip Presses. What are some of your accomplishments, as far as bodybuilding goes? Two wins and 2 second-place rankings. One of the 2nd place ranks was at the 2008 Musclemania, where the junior class is up to 22.
What are some of your goals, as far as bodybuilding goes? I want to be Mr. Canada Junior at 19 and Mr. Quebec as well. I also want to compete at over 200 lbs.
